We all get it but are you able to take the negativity and turn it all around?
Does the pavé still steal the show? It usually does. That crispy parmesan rapini was pretty nice too though....
A very important step in the wine pairing dinner process: choosing the wine! Albariño wins 1st course at the 1st pasta demo & wine dinner! Cheers! 🥂
80% of the time, guests are within eye and ear shot so I'm just really great at holding it alllll inside. 😅 There are days when I wish I could hide behind doors in the back of the house. But most gigs, I'm in the heart of it. 🖤
