Both dates will showcase different pasta types and shapes. Both will also have different dinner menus. I own and operate Jillian Fae Chef Services, a freelance chef business out of Temecula, CA. I’m classically trained and have 13 + years of experience serving private clients and businesses in Southern California. My specialties include fresh pasta and meat cookery with an emphasis in Mediterranean cuisine.
