Meet Chef Jillian

 Jillian’s love for and ability to make people happy by way of good food began at an early age and still grows today. 

Honing her craft at Orange Coast College’s Culinary Program, Jillian took a deep dive and volunteered for multiple activities and charity events, excelled in her class, and was chosen to be part of the ACF (American Culinary Federation) competing student team. She and her teammates won the state and regional competitions and went on to the National Competition to take the GOLD!

“My passion for cooking stems from the fact that I am born and raised in Southern California where the best climate conditions grow the finest produce all year round and the prevalence of so many diverse cuisines inspires me.”

Jillian’s event driven private chef services currently serves most of Southern California and is based out of beautiful Temecula’s rolling hills and sprawling valleys, a growing destination for local wines boasting nearly 50 wineries and hundreds of award winning bottles. Jillian has most recently been creating wine pairing menus and serving them at local winery events, where her passion for seasonal and visually delightful presentations take the stage. 

Jillian is dedicated to providing clients with the best quality food and her personalized menus are served with impeccable care and attention to detail.

    I am looking into the possiblity of getting prepared meals made weekly/bi- weekly. We are family of 2 adults and 2 girls ages 10-11. Do you have an idea for family weekly menu that the majoriy likes and what kind of budget do I need approx weekly for food and your services?
